Mark Mitrovich built a career in hospitality. With a background in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University and instructional expertise gained at Ohio State University, Mark Mitrovich showcased a diverse skill set and professional and personal interests.

As a loan officer and manager at Union Home Mortgage/1stBancorp Mortgage, Mr. Mitrovich excelled in client relations, driven by his strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset. He guided his team of loan officers to achieve sales targets while upholding high professional standards. Previously, in roles such as restaurant manager at Macaroni Grill and a chef instructor, he showed his ability to handle multiple responsibilities, think creatively, and solve complex problems.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Mitrovich has engaged in community and humanitarian work. A member of Centerville’s Noon Optimist Club, he was president-elect in 2009. He also contributed to disaster relief efforts with Mercy Chefs, assisting tornado victims in Mayfield. Internationally, Mr. Mitrovich participated in a 2024 mission trip with Back2Back Ministries, dedicating time to supporting orphaned children and advancing education for underprivileged youth in Mazatlán, Mexico.
